Customers may cancel their order within one hour of placing it. After this time limit has passed, we are no longer able to stop the shipment.

After the cancellation window

If your request is received after the cancellation period has ended, the order will already be in processing. In this case, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow the steps outlined in our Return and Refund Policy once the order has been delivered.
