How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Orders at Peak Vital Labs are processed within 1-2 business days, and then shipped via our free United States standard shipping option, typically arriving in 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

  • No, we currently only offer free shipping to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package through the order-tracking page on our website.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

  • If your delivery falls outside the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you may cancel your order within an hour of placing it by contacting support. After that window, the order enters processing and you must follow the Return & Refund Policy to request a refund.

What is your policy on returns?

  • You can get your money back within 30 days. Items must be in their original packaging, not used, and meet the requirements set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Are there fees for restocking?

  • No. We do not charge any restocking fees when items meet our return requirements.
